I’ve posted similar instructions for the Telstra equivalent, so here’s the Vodafone Australia version. Vodafone says:

Call Catcher is an alternative to Voicemail which gives your callers the option to send their contact number to you via TXT, if you can’t answer their call.

Completely useless. Fortunately it can be turned off by calling 121600.
